2. Nightly emails of your next day's workout and you also have the option of printing out the entire plan by going to calendar settings from the trainingpeaks.com login only feature.
3. Edit, move and adjust each workout to ensure it fits your busy schedule, and or track schedule.
4. If your schedule gets hectic try to at least do all frequency prescribed for the week. If you miss a workout, don’t worry, just pick up and continue where it left off.
5. Can I do the plan over again? Absolutely. You will need to print out a copy. Once trainingpeaks has run the entire 12 week plan, emailing you the daily workouts, it will not be accessed again.
6. On the strength training, how do I know how to do each exercise? On the first week of the plan, there will be a link that will allow you to download the correct PDF file for your plan. Just print it out and look over the pictures and written descriptions.
7. Are there any guarantees that these plans will work? As with any kind of training, if you don’t believe in it, or you don’t train with you’re heart or goals in mind, then you will only be going through the motions, therefore no plan will work to it’s full potential.
