I’ve learned how to have behavior flexibility and to operate from a physiology and psychology of excellence, and sustain it by winning over 100 professional races. I went on to coach for the very first program at USA Cycling BMX, to coaching at the last three Olympic Games, helping riders achieve their Olympic dreams.
